The Vice President of the ASNMSU shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no vote unless the Senate is equally divided. The Senate shall choose its other officers and also a President Pro Tempore who shall serve in the absence of the Vice President or when the Vice President shall exercise the office of President of the ASNMSU.
